    Story from Lragir.am News:

Georgia is trying to establish closer relations with Armenia while
Azerbaijan and Turkey are creating hindrances. To some extent, the
Armenian-Georgia relations tend towards Russia. It favors Moscow,
Tbilisi and Yerevan, and even the West. Only Turkey and Azerbaijan
will not benefit from it so they are trying to split the region to
remove hindrances from their way of expansion.

Recently the Azerbaijani media have been trying to cause an argument
between Georgia and Armenia by reports that Ilya II and the foreign
minister of Georgia have made anti-Armenian statements. These reports
were soon refuted but the residue was left.

Today the prime minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili will visit
Armenia. Among other meetings he will meet with the minister of
energy. Will there be another agreement in the sphere of energy? What
is the reason of the new prices of energy and gas which Russia will
soon offer Armenia? Or maybe Georgia offers Armenia to build a new
    pipeline?

The prime minister will not meet with the minister of transport, and
it means that the Abkhazian railway and Armenia's agreement to join
it are currently topical. However, it does not mean that it has been
left out of the agenda. Most probably, Georgia, Armenia and Russia
are looking for ways of overcoming Azerbaijan's discontent. It is
    openly against the Abkhazian project.

Serzh Sargsyan stated at the meeting with army leadership that the
South Caucasus could have been a peaceful and stable region if all
the countries there shared values. He noted that Azerbaijan is in a
different framework. How about Georgia? Do Armenia and Georgia share
values? Do they share enemies as well?
