Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan
Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan said
today that N 102 Russian military base located in the territory of
Armenia will bear equal responsibility for Armenia's safety.
Seyran Ohanyan said in his meeting with journalists today that the
provision was highlighted in the agreement signed between the Armenian
and Russian Defense Ministers in August 2012, Mediamax reports.
"N102 military base plays its role today taking into account the
claims of Armenia's neighboring countries", added the Armenian
Defense Minister.
Touching upon the failure of the negotiations on Gabala radar station
between Azerbaijan and Russia, Seyran Ohanyan said that "it's the
internal affair of each country".
The Minister also added that Armenia wasn't against building of a
Russian radar station in its territory.
