ANOTHER COFFEE SOLD IN THE PACKAGING OF 'PARISIAN COFFEE FACTORY'

Vice presidents of "Montesye" LLC Movses Asaturyan and Samvel Badalyan
are charged with misleading the consumers and selling them different
coffee in the packages of "La Cafe de Paris" being the product of
"Parisian Coffee Factory". They are charged with Article 212 Section
2 Clause 2 of RA Criminal Code.
According to indictment, on January 27, 29 and 30, 2012, the above
mentioned people gave "Jima" and "Robusta" coffee, being a product of
"JazzKoff" ltd, to the customers of the same company to sell them
in 250 gram packages of "La Cafe de Paris", being the product of
"Parisian Coffee Factory", without warning them about the consumer
characteristics and quality of the product.
According to indictment, the costumers N. Galsyan and I. Barseghyan
grinded the coffee, put into the 250 gram packaging of "La Cafe de
Paris" and sold them to Levon Qocharyan, thus misleading him about
the consumer characteristics and qualities of the product.
