JAPANESE TO ARRIVE IN JULY
The Kyoto convention on global climate changes was marked in Armenia by
refreshing the issues that have been long resting in the closet. Yerevan
Municipality together with Ecology Ministry has already launched the project
of building a methane-producing plant at Nubarashen dump.
In July, a group of Japanese experts will arrive in Armenia to set the
deadline of the construction and to think out the size of investments.
Calculations showed that exploitation of the dump will reduce the quantity
of hotbed gases in Yerevan air by 100.000 tones.
