ARMENIAN PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE PROMISES 'EMIGRATION IN TEXTBOOKS ONLY'

Hovannisian got a warm reception in Ashtarak, Aragatsotn region.
"If you want, the people absent from Ashtarak will return. In five
years you will find the word 'emigration' only in textbooks," Mr
Hovannisian said.
"This is a duty we must perform jointly," he said.
"I like him very much. He is speaking in our interests. The other
candidates have other aims. If he is our master, we will live well,"
an 81-year-old woman told Tert.am.
Mr Hovannisian also walked along the streets and visited the campaign
headquarters of Hrant Bagratyan and Serzh Sargsyan.
