Ex Georgian official warns of possible assassination attempt against

Batiashvili stated that a group of former Georgian officials are
getting prepared for coup.
Batiashvili who headed the structure in 1992-1993, said the officials
are going to oust the country's Prime Minister during the presidential
elections in October, Russian Kommersant reports.
`According to my source, the narrow circle of officials including
people who worked in force institutions and the majority of who are
abroad discuss the issue of neutralization of Bidzina Ivanishvili,'
Batiashvili said.
He said the conspirators have wide network in Georgia and managed to
take out huge sums of money from the country.
He said besides him, other people as well may be aware of this plan.
`It is impossible that Russian and US special forces do not know about
it,' the ex official said refusing to give names of conspirators or
where they are.
