Human Rights Defender's Office has been alarmed of various
pre-election violations in favor of the incumbent president.
In particular, a citizen Hamlet Nikoghosyan alarms that village elders
in Aragatsotn Region 'make' their villagers vote in favor of the
incumbent president Serzh Sargsyan. A citizen Henrik Arshakyan alarms
of mass voter bribery in Yerevan. Another resident of Yerevan Khachik
Vardanyan assured representatives
of the Human Rights Defender's Office that alongside with many others
he was forced to campaign in favor of the incumbent president.
All these reports have been submitted to the Police, which are
currently studying them.
