NKR PRESIDENT CONGRATULATES SERZH SARGSYAN ON RE-ELECTION

On February 19 President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako
Sahakyan sent a congratulatory address to the re-elected President
of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan.
The address runs as follows:
"Respected Mr. Sargsyan, I cordially congratulate you on the convincing
victory gained in the presidential elections.
Knowing you as a person, statesman and politician who puts the nation's
interests above everything else I am confident that you will direct all
your efforts, life experience, knowledge and skills to strengthening
the Armenian statehood, reinforcing the country's defense capability,
realizing national programs.
On behalf of the Artsakh people, the authorities and on my own behalf,
I congratulate you cordially once again and wish you peace, robust
health and all the best. May success accompany you on your path
towards secure and prosperous Armenia."
