AUTHORITIES CHANGED THEIR MIND AND STOPPED RAFFI'S TRIUMPHANT MARCH

Candidate for president Hrant Bagratyan posted on Facebook about the
preliminary results of the presidential elections held on February
    18 in Armenia.

Bagratyan, in particular said that according to the official data he
received 2%, which may seem a defeat at first sight, but in reality
he is proud of having 30,000 votes. He thinks he would have received
100,000 if the election were not fraudulent. Hrant Bagratyan says
that they will consider disputing the result of vote since there was
vote buying, ballot stuffing, double voting and a faulty voters' list.

Hrant Bagratyan continues saying that the authorities had prescribed
not only their victory but also the votes for the second candidate,
and Raffi Hovannisian seized that opportunity. Later the authorities
changed their mind and decided to stop Raffi's triumphant march but
it was late. Hrant Bagratyan thanked everyone and said that their
    votes will not be lost.
