CEC RECEIVES 57 APPLICATIONS FOR VOTE RECOUNT AND INVALIDATION OF VOTE RESULTS

The deadline for submitting complaints to the Central Electoral
Commission of Armenia expired at 15:00 on February 19. CEC has received
57 applications for vote recount and invalidation of vote results,
CEC spokesperson Hermine Harutyunyan told Panorama.am.
10 of the applications regard vote recount at 2, 3, and 5 electoral
districts located in Yerevan, 47 regard invalidation of vote results
at various polling stations, the spokesperson said.
Earlier, we reported that Heritage party is going to apply to the
Central Electoral Commission to demand invalidation of election
results and vote recount at a number of polling stations.
