RULING PARTY: FREEDOM HOUSE HAS PRO-ARMENIAN POSITION

Despite its title, Freedom House is not a free organization, but
a means to someone else's hands with a biased position on various
issues, Deputy Executive Secretary of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party
(NAP) Mubariz Gurbanly told Trend, commenting on the new report of
the international organization Freedom House on Azerbaijan.
"This organization is always striving to belittle Azerbaijan compared
to Armenia, which is unacceptable. We condemn such analyzes. Each
time, this organization publicly demonstrates the biased position
against Azerbaijan in its reports. If we define the indices of
freedom organizations, the Freedom House will stand in a series of
non-authoritative organizations," Gurbanly said.
According to the Deputy Executive Secretary, this organization has
never presented objective reports.
"It has such a pro-Armenian position, that has identified Armenia as
close to partially free states. Everyone is aware of the situation in
Armenia. Therefore, every Azerbaijani should state their position in
relation to such organizations as the Freedom House and expose their
bias. Positioning Azerbaijan lower than Armenia is simply absurd. It
is abnormally at all to recognize the presence of a state in Armenia.
Armenia is a criminal regime with the population fleeing the country,"
Gurbanly said.
