RA POLICE REFUSED HAYK ALUMYAN'S APPLICATION

RA police refused the application of Artak Budaghyan's attorney Hayk
Alumyan. He applied to the police for the initiation of operative
investigation, as according to him the searches conducted at Surik
Khachatryan's house were done with gross violations of law, as a
result of which it was possible to hide unregistered weapons.
Note that Hayk Alumyan applied to RA General Prosecutor Aghvan
Hovsepyan as well, asking whether Military Prosecutor Gevorg
Kostanyan;s public statements was a formal point of view or his own
one, as well as whether the publications in the media concerning Suren
Khachatryan were considered. The attorney said that General prosecutor
has not yet responded to him while the General Prosecutor's Office
informed that the response was send in accordance with the law.
H. Alumyan did not exclude the possibility of applying again and
this time it was concern the late arrival of Goris police officers
to the scene.
