PARKING DISOBEDIENCE

On August 4, a group of citizens met at Mashtots Park to discuss
the new fee for parking. A Facebook group named Parking Disobedience
Started has been created which states that the decision on paid parking
is unlawful and is not in line with public interest. Public space has
been provided to a private company which will receive 70% of profit
from paid parking. A private company has received the data base of
citizens who own cars, a private company will record video, impose
penalties which is a violation of the Constitution and human rights.
Considering this and other illegal points and shortcomings, the group
calls not to pay the illegal parking fee.
