MAN STABS AND KILLS WIFE IN ETCHMIADZIN

YEREVAN. - Vagharshapat city department of Armenia's Police received
a call from hospital, on Tuesday at 6:50pm, informing that Lusine
Davtyan, 36, was brought to the hospital with stab wounds.
She had also informed that her husband had stabbed her.
Davtyan, however, did not regain consciousness and died at the
hospital, on the same day at 11pm.
The police squad found out that her husband, Arsen. A., 37, had stabbed
her several times with a kitchen knife, on the same day at around
5:30pm, during an argument in the home of Davtyan's brother-in-law,
Artak A., 35, informs the Police press service.
A criminal case is launched, and the knife is confiscated.
Measures are taken to find Artak A., and an investigation is underway.
