YEREVAN, AUGUST 7, ARMENPRESS. The summer educational stage solemnly
launched in the units of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia
on August 5. The Information and Public Relations Department of the
Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia informed "Armenpress"
that the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan
paid a visit to the units of the second formation of the Army to attend
the solemn meeting and encourage the conscripts and address his wishes
to them on the occasion of the launch of the new educational stage.
The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan
congratulated the servicemen on the launch of the new educational stage
and stated that the only way to oppose the possible aggression of the
rival is to have a high level of combatreadiness of the Armenian
Armed Forces. In addition the Minister noted that our army is the
sole victorious army in the region.
