TURKEY BUYS MAJOR PART OF RAW FUR EXPORTED FROM ARMENIA

YEREVAN, AUGUST 15, ARMENPRESS: The export volumes of raw fur of cattle
from Armenia increased by 10 percent during the first six months of
current year compared with the same period of previous year. According
to data of State Revenue Committee during the fist half of 2013 from
Armenia was exported 82 500 raw furs 65 300 of which to Turkey, 9 200
to China, 4 800 to Georgia, 2 200 Iran and 950 to India. "Armenpress"
reports that in the first of half of current year from Armenia was
exported 35 900 sheep and lamb raw fur (18 800 to Turkey and 17 100
to Pakistan).
During 2012 from Armenia was exported 136 900 cattle and 97 400 sheep
and lamb raw furs.
