Egypt's interim leader Adly Mansour has tweeted that Egypt will
recognize the Armenian allegations regarding 1915 incidents, according
to an Armenia based web site.

PanARMENIAN.net claims that Mansour pledges recognition of a genocide
in a statement he posted to a social media account that is alleged
to be belonging to Egyptian interim President.

Mansour's statement followed Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip
Erdogan's remarks condemning the military coup in Egypt and accepting
Mohamed Morsi as the legitimate president of the country.

"Our representatives in the UN will sign an international document
recognizing the Armenian Genocide in Ottoman Turkey which led to the
deaths of millions," the Coptic leader said according to the Armenian
web site, in the twitter account said to be of Mansour's.

However, on the other hand, a statement by Egypt's UN representation
said to AA correspondent that interim President Adly Mansour did not
have such a twitter account and they did not have any UN initiative
    regarding the issue.
