Azerbaijan's defense minister has accused Armenia of continuing
"aggression" over Karabakh, threatening to use military's force
against the country.
Safar Abiyev made the statement as he addressed the Nagorno-Karabakh
conflict at a meeting with a delegation headed by a Japanese deputy
minister of defense.
The APA News Agency has quoted the minster as saying that "Armenia
continues the aggression" even today. The Azerbaijani official also
criticized Armenia for a failure to implement the United Nations
four resolutions.
He said the country will have to resort to military force if the
situation continues.
