YEREVAN SPORT-CONCERT COMPLEX ISN'T INCLUDED IN LISTS OF UNITS
SUBJECTED TO PRIVATIZATION IN 2005-2007

YEREVAN, August 4. /ARKA/. Yerevan sport-concert complex after
Demirchyan isn't included in the lists of units subjected to
privatization in 2005-2007, State Property Regulation Department Deputy
Chief Ashot Markosyan told journalists on Thursday. In his words,
the complex has to be included in the list before the beginning of
the privatization process. Along with that, he doesn't rule out that
that the program can be altered at the Government decision and the
list can be enlarged. Markosyan also said he had no idea about the
President's order to consider opportunity of the complex privatization.
It should be reminded that information about Bamo Russian holding's
intention to acquire the sport-concert complex appeared recently
in Armenian media outlets. The head of the holding Murad Muradyan
appealed to Armenian President Robert Kocharyan offering to buy the
complex. The Russian businessman intends to invest $13-15mln and
substantially repair it for proper exploitation. Muradyan says the
President has already given a task to due officials to think over
