Azeri Officer Taken Captive

22-year-old Azerbaijani warrant officer Ramin Khudaverdiyev has been
taken captive by Armenian military men.
The Yerevan office of the International Committee of the Red Cross
informed the organization's Baku office of the incident on Monday,
the Azerbaijan State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and
Missing Persons told AssA-Irada.
The State Commission has appealed to international organizations over
the release of the Azerbaijani officer from captivity.
