YEREVAN, AUGUST 17, NOYAN TAPAN. UN programs implemented in Armenia
are striking both with their volume and efficiency. RA President Robert
Kocharian stated this receiving Consuelo Vidal, the newly appointed UN
Coordinator, the Permanent Representative of the UN Development Program
in Armenia, on August 17. The President expressed a hope that the
bilateral cooperation will go on with the same efficiency. According
to the information submitted to Noyan Tapan by the RA President's
Press Office, the newly appointed UN Coordinator in Armenia also
appriciated the productivity of implemented programs and active
assistance of the authorities of Armenia in that direction.
