ARF WILL OFFER PROPOSALS FOR NEW ARMENIA GOVERNMENT PROGRAM

YEREVAN. - The opposition ARF Dashnaktsutyun Party National
Assembly (NA) Faction has accepted the government's proposal and
will participate in the preparation of the new government program,
Faction Secretary Aghvan Vardanyan toldArmenian News-NEWS.am.
"A proposal was made to each [NA] faction, and each will decide whether
or not to submit a proposal. We decided to submit our proposals,"
Vardanyan said.
He noted, however, that they have not discussed this matter with the
rest of the four non-ruling NA factions (Armenian National Congress,
Prosperous Armenia, ARF Dashnaktsutyun, and Heritage).
To the query on whether it has been decided on how ARF will vote
on the government's new program, Vardanyan responded that they will
decide on this matter solely after having seen the program.
