    Tests showed that Arsen Khojoyan does not have a sexually transmitted
    disease, according to Armenian Health Ministry. The 23-year-old
    Armenian citizen was freed from Azerbaijani captivity on April 10 of
    this year.

    participation of Health Ministry experts to determine if Arsen Khojoyan

    77, who was tortured during his captivity in Azerbaijan. The elderly
    man was released by Azerbaijan on March 4 and died 6 weeks later,
