OVER 10 FILMS TO BE SHOT ABOUT ARMENIAN GENOCIDE

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 14, ARMENPRESS: With the assistance of the National
Cinema Center of Armenia, more than ten films will be shot ahead of
the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. Via their films many
Armenian and foreign film directors and creative groups will try
to remind the world and the international community about the most
horrible and tragic pages of the history - the Armenian Genocide. The
Director of the National Cinema Center of Armenia Gevorg Gevorgyan told
Armenpress that the Center pays quite an attention to the Genocide.
"The National Cinema Center of Armenia has got many programs. Many
films are being and will be shot on the Genocide. There are many
films of joint production - the result of the cooperation between the
Armenian and foreign companies. We will present a series of films to
the public, all of which are in the production stage at the moment",
- said Gevorg Gevorgyan.
