YEREVAN, OCTOBER 12. ARMINFO. The newly re-elected mayor of Nor Hachin
Armen Keshishyan will not stay long in his post and will be dismissed
by court decision, says Armenia's Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan.
To remind, Keshishyan was re-elected despite being arrested for murder.
"I cannot speak on behalf of all the people voting for Keshishyan but
I think that this was a kind of protest on their part," says Margaryan.
