FOREIGN POLICY PLAYS NO ROLE

The departure of Orinats Yerkir from the ruling coalition was not
conditioned by disagreements in the foreign policy, Armenian Foreign
Minister Vartan Oskanyan told reporters today. "I think that happened
because of accumulated problems and not one," he said.
He also said that at this point the internal political processes do
not affect Nagorno Karabakh conflict regulation.
