NKR draft Constitution presented for public discussion

Draft Constitution of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, adopted at first
reading in the Parliament on October 6, was published today in a
special issue of `Azat Artsakh' newspaper. The newspaper published
also the address of the NKR National Assembly to people, which says
in particular, `We anticipate your active and interested
participation in the discussion of the Main Law of the country.'
NKR citizens can present their remarks and suggestions both to the
Parliament and the working group of the NKR Constitutional
Commission.
