Addressing a message to Turkey's President Abdullah Gul, President
Serzh Sargsyan tried to make it clear to his Turkish counterpart it's
Turkey's turn to act, ARF member Vahan Hovhannisyan told reporters
today.
According to him, with this message, Serzh Sargsyan warns that
Armenian-Turkish reconciliation process may fail, hence, Turkey should
understand that it can be one of the causes leading to failure.
