AZERBAIJAN WILL USE ITS POSITION IN THE UN SECURITY COUNCIL TO TRANSFER THE NAGORNO-KARABAKH PEACE PROCESS TO OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

The statement adopted by the Armenian, Azeri and Russia presidents
in Sochi was just an attempt to give a positive tone, Head of the
Hay Dat Office Kiro Manoyan said during a press- conference on Tuesday.
"The OSCE MG co-chairs are doing their best to prevent a new war in
Nagorno-Karabakh. But there can be no progress or breakthrough when
conflicting parties are at variance. Azerbaijan will continue using
its position in the UN Security Council in order to transfer the
Nagorno- Karabakh peace process to other international organizations,"
Manoyan said.
Regarding the Russian Foreign Minister's statement that in Sochi the
Armenian and Azeri presidents said that they should put aside their
black and white attitudes, Manoyan said that Sergey Lavrov's statement
was vague as he did not specify what exactly the presidents meant.
