    Ameriabank is still among the top three leaders by its main
    parameters. According to the financial report of the Bank, over 2011
    the assets of Ameriabank were up 32% to $522.1 mln (2nd position). In
    the structure of assets, provision of crediting grew by 51.2% to
    $347.5 mln (2nd position), investments in
    securities - by 3.1% to $34.4 mln (3rd position), cash funds - by
    54.2% to $19.3 mln, nostro-accounts in the banks were almost doubled
    to $28 mln, while the interbank loans and deposits fell twice to $17.4
    mln.

    According to ArmInfo's Ranking of Commercial Banks of Armenia, 69% of
    Ameriabank's loans are loans given to big companies (40% annual
    growth), 14% - loans given to SMEs (twice as much as in 2010), 5% -
    consumer loans (thrice as much), 4.5% - credit cards (twice as much),
    2% - overdraft (twice as much), 5.5% mortgage loans (40% growth), 2% -
    auto loans.

    The leasing portfolio totaled $6mln - 10% more than in 2010.

    83.5% of the loans or $292.5mln were given to the economy, 16.5% or
    $57.8mln to individuals.

    The key borrowers of Ameriabank were industry - $102.6mln (13% annual
    growth) and trade - $97.6mln (twice as much as in 2010), followed by
    transport and communication - $26.8mln (4% growth), construction -
    $22.8mln (thrice as much as in 2010), services - $11.2mln (11 times as
    much as in 2010) and agriculture - $5.3mln (33% growth).


    The liabilities grew by 37.5% to $431.1mln, wherein 55% were call and
    time deposits (18% and 45% respective growths).


    The loan book totaled $180.2mln (almost 42% of the liabilities) - 41%
    more than in 2010.

    The capital of Ameriabank grew by 10% to $91mln (2nd place) due to
    47% growth in the accumulated profit to $24.7mln. The authorized
    capital made up $66mln (2nd place). The net profit grew by 37.3% to
    $11.3mln. In Q4 alone it made up $3.7mln (3rd place).
