    KUSADASI, APRIL 11, NOYAN TAPAN. The games of the 7th tour are over
    in the men's and women's chess Europe championships being held in the
    Turkish city of Kusadasi. The Armenian women chess-players performed
    especially successfully: Lilit Mkrtchian and Nelli Aghinian won their
    games, Elina Danielian drew the game and only Siranush Andreasian was
    defeated. After 7 tours Elina Danielian has gained 5 points and with
    a group of woman chess-players having the same result lags behind
    the leading three chess-players with several points.

    Another woman chess-players representing Armenia are in the middle of
    the tournament table. In the men's championship, Ashot Anastasian has
    the best results among 5 representatives of Armenia. He has gained 5
    out of 7 possible points and shares 4-9th palces. Artashes Minasian
    and Tigran Kotanjian take the next places. They defeated their rivals
    in this tour and have 4.5 points each.

    Tigran L.Petrosian and Arman Pashikian have gained 3.5 points each. 4
    tours have remained until the end of the Europe championships.
