CATHOLICOS OF GREAT HOUSE OF CILICIA RECEIVES DELEGATION OF LEBANON ARMY COMMAND

ANTELIAS, APRIL 17, NOYAN TAPAN - ARMENIANS TODAY. Michael Suleiman,
the Lebanese Army Commander sent on April 12 a special delegation
formed of four high-ranking servicemen headed by General Panos Manjian
to His Holiness Aram I Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia. Noyan
Tapan was informed about it by the Press Services of the Great House
of Cilicia Catholicosate.
A number of important issues Lebanon is interested in, in which
the Lebanese Army has its decisive role, were discussed during the
meeting. His Holiness Patriarch estimated the patriotic service of the
Lebanese Army and re-affirmed support of the Great House of Cilicia
Catholicosate and Armenian community of Lebanon to the Lebanese Army
as the hegemony and stronghold of independence of Lebanon.
