a ceremonial presentation of copies of her credentials to RA Foreign
    Minister Vardan Oskanian.

The Ambassadress pointed out that although Germany is not an OSCE MG

The press and information department, RA Foreign Office, reports that

    the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process.
