Azerbaijani opposition reasoned out the idea of the anti-terrorist
operation holding at the territory of Karabakh

Today Azerbaijani Union for the Love of Democracy came forward for the
anti-terrorist operations starting in Nagornyy Karabakh. `The idea
found room in the new package of suggestions on the ways of the
conflict settlement', - co-chair of the Union Ahmed Orudz told Trend
agency.
The drawn out project says of the necessity of holding the
anti-terrorist operations against the Armenian armed forces acting at
the `occupied territory'. Moreover, specific terms of operations should
be mentioned.
Commenting upon the offer, Alekper Mamedov, a military expert, said
that the conduct of anti-terrorist operations on the territory of
Karabakh is possible. He thinks that this policy should have been
implemented at an international level. The anti-terror operation should
have been conducted in due time, but it is not late even now to follow
the norms of international law and carry out an operation on
disactivating illegal groupings and terrorists, which do not obey the
Azeri state, A.Mamedov noted.
