MICROELECTRONICS SECOND OLYMPICS BEGINS IN YEREVAN

The second Microelectronics Olympics of Armenia will take place as part
of the "Synopsis week in Armenia" events in Yerevan, from September
14-27. As the "Synopsis" news department informed panorama.am, these
events are foreseen for Armenian experts up to the age of 30, as well
as students, in the fields of microelectronics and engineering. The
purposes of the Olympics include the increasing of interest of youthful
experts in the field of microelectronics and to reveal talented youth.
The gathering will consist of two stages. The first stage will include
tests, the questions considered not to be difficult. The second stage
turns into a competition, made up of the solving of difficult questions
and issues.
There will be three prizes, including a major prize.
