LIEUTENANT'S TITLES TO GRADUATES OF THE MILITARY AVIATION INSTITUTE

29 graduates of the State Military Aviation Institute after Marshal
Khanperyants of the Ministry of Defense received diplomas and
Lieutenant's titles.
Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of
Armenia, Colonel-General Seyran Ohanyan said in his speech that
high-rank professionals serve in the Air Forces of Armenia.
"The Military-Aviation Institute has made a great contribution to
the development of our young army. Today its socio-economic and
living conditions and the technical bases allow to prepare the best
specialists for the units of the Armenian Army. The efficiency of
our Armed Forces is the main factor ensuring the peaceful life of
the Armenian people, and every Lieutenant must realize that his one
of the elements on the unity of which the general efficiency of the
Armed Forces depends," Seyran Ohanyan said.
Later the graduates received their positions in corresponding
military units.
