Armenian-captured Azeri civilian writes letter to his family

Family of Terter resident Anar Aliyev captured by Armenians on August
2 wrote a letter to him, Anar Aliyev's brother Elshan Aliyev told
APA's Karabakh bureau. Elshan Aliyev said they handed the letter to
International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) office in Azerbaijan,
but did not publicize the content of the letter.
Anar Aliyev was captured by Armenians on August 2. He wrote a letter
to his father. ICRC representatives handed the letter to his family.
Anar Aliyev is 29 years old, got higher education, did his military
service and is single. /APA/
