"The Russian military base founded in Gumri is not yet fully completed
and has to come to its preliminary technical saturation. Thus it
can not threaten to the war," said Seyran Shahsuvaryan, the press
secretary of the Ministry of Protection.
"The Russian military base is founded in Armenia for some years,
why there were not such kind of gossips before. Or what has to do the
Russian military base with Armenian - Azeri relations," said he, and
added that the Azeri side spreads its falsified news. He disproved
the information spread by the Ministry of Protection of Azerbaijan
that the coming military equipments would be allocated in NK.
