President Robert Kocharyan today received the delegation of well-known
Russian culture and art workers.
The President greeted the visit of the delegation and said many of
them enjoy great popularity in Armenia due to their great talent.
Noting that Armenian-Russian relations are developing, Robert Kocharyan
said the maintenance and expansion of cultural ties is one of the
most important components of bilateral cooperation.
The interlocutors spoke about cooperation in the humanitarian sphere,
intensification of ties between culture workers, organization of
joint events.
The Russian culture workers were united in the opinion that a
beneficial and good atmosphere exists in Armenia for the development
of culture and arts.
