CASCADE INSURANCE COMPANY OPENS 24-HOUR SERVICE CENTER FOR CUSTOMERS

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 10, NOYAN TAPAN. The insurance company Cascade
Insurance is the first one in Armenia to open a 24-hour service center
for customers with the aim of providing services on life and accident
insurance to about 7 thousand customers of the company, the director
general of Cascade Insurance Garnik Antonian stated at the December
10 press conference. In his words, the company intends to provide
24-hour services on other types of insurance as well. He said that
the center, which opened on December 1, also provides services by a
hot line (phone number 0 800 55 555).
According to G. Antonian, once a year Cascade Insurance organizes
medical examination of its customers who have insured their
health. Most of such customers seek health insurance to compensate
expenses on dental services, cardiovascular and neurosurgigal
treatment, and treatment of female disorders.
