Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered a speech in the Congress
of United Russia Party. He did not exclude the possibility of leading
the government.
According to him, his decision depends on the victory of Dmitri
Medvedev in coming presidential elections.
"If Russian citizens trust in Medvedev, in that case I will be ready
to continue my work with him", mentioned the Russian President.
