TRANSPORT IS NOT THE LUXURY, BUT THE MEANS OF MOVING

How often we are the witnesses of the pressing of the passengers
in transport.It's better to solve such important problem as the
transportation of the people.The demand for this type of service
is big, especially in interprovincial and intertown routes(it says
that the people began to live better, but the proposal is less). When
the stream of the passengers is high in the route, why the additional
route taxi is not in action. The newly created department of productive
infrastructures in the government of NKR solves such problems.By the
words of the specialist Pogosyan from the department , the structure
is engaged if the organisation of the competitions.
The routes, in previous times, were defined without preliminary
studying of all the parameters of the route, as a result of which the
winner of the competition-transporter had economic losses which did
not let it develop its business effectively.,that's the reasonableness
of the route was not defined by necessity.Only complex studying of the
problem will be the basis for solving the problem of new routes. Which
demands exist for legal persons, enterpreneaurs,transport means?
Besides of the fact that we examine the technical passport, we demand
from every participant of the competition the availableness of the
territory for technical examination and service of the transport
before every route race, and the application about the state of the
health of the driver is needed.
Will there be any changes in the practice of ticket sale in bus
station? The specialist Pogosyan said that all these negative process
will be corrected. in the near future We were interested in the high
prices too.If in previous times, the price was determined by the
prices of petrol, now together with this fuel the gas is also used.
But the using of gas as the cheap fuel does not influence on the
transport prices.
How are the prices for the service defined?
By the words of the specialist, the acting prices were defined in
1997-98 years, but making versatile study, we were persuaded that
they will be reviewed.
We asked the head of state inspection R. Yakubyan,how effective
the control of the sphere is made.He answered that 21 companies
are in this sphere and it's difficult with 4 specialists to carry
out control for activity. In inter town lines some were penaltied,
but the situation inside the town is controlled more or less.
Necessity of the points of dispatcher's service exists. The citizens
complain that route taxis sometimes come all together, sometimes we are
waiting for them by hours.The culture of service is absent:the smoking
driver,competing each other taxis.The quantity of the route taxis is
enough in the capital, only there must be the distinctive rhythm.
But the main is that we must reach high culture of service together.
