ARARAT GHUKASIAN APPOINTED FOR THE POSITION OF THE NEW GENERAL DIRECTOR OF "CONVERSE BANK"

The FINANCIAL -- According to BANKS.AM, Ararat Ghukasian is appointed
for the position of the new General Director of "Converse Bank'.
As Mediamax was told in the Marketing Department of "Converse Bank",
before that Ararat Ghukasian occupied the position of the Deputy
Chief Executive Officer of "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC.
Up to October of the current year the position of the General Director
of "Converse Bank" was occupied by Artak Anesian.
Ararat Ghukasian was born on December 16 of 1963. In 1989, he
completed the full course of study at Yerevan State University,
Faculty of Physics and in 1995 graduated from the American University
of Armenia, Department of Engineering (Masters Degree).
Before entering the banking sphere, he worked in the Institute
of Investigations of the Academy of Sciences of RoA in the field
of physics.
In 1995, started working in "HSBC Bank Armenia" as an IT specialist,
was appointed and acted as Manager Customer Service, and as Manager
of the branches of the bank. On 01 March 2001 was appointed as Deputy
CEO of "HSBC Bank Armenia".
Ararat Ghukasian also held the position of the Board member of "HSBC
Bank Armenia" CJSC from 2001 to 2006.
