DUTCH TV CHANNEL BROADCASTS A PROGRAM ON THE ARMENIAN GENOCIDE

February 11 the Second TV Channel of the Netherlands broadcasted a
program dedicated to the Armenian Genocide. During the program Turkish
expert on genocide issues Ton Zvan turned to the Armenian Genocide
and its motives, denounced the current policy and threats to the
Genocide recognizers. He noted that those speaking about the Armenian
Genocide have no security guarantees and referred to the example of
assassination of the editor-in-chief of the Agos daily Hrant Dink. In
his works Ton Zvan turns to the Armenian Genocide issue, pointing out
the policy of the Ottoman Empire towards Armenians and the current
denialist attitude of Turkey.
The same day, the First Radio Channel of the Netherlands aired a
program dedicated to heirs of Armenian prisoners of war during WWI,
who reside in Holland.
