ARMENIAN OFFICER KILLED AT ARMENIAN-AZERI BORDER
February 14, at 9:30 a.m., as a result of a sniper shot from the
Azeri party against the RA Armed Forces Noyemberian military unit's
combat positions the Armenian serviceman of the contract service
Major Yervand Pashikian (b. 1958) was killed.
According to the information DE FACTO got at the RA MOD Press
Service, the serviceman had been mortally wounded in the region of
thorax and died on the spot. The case is being investigated.
