ALIYEV'S WORDS APPEARED INSTEAD OF RA CONSTITUTION

On February 26, the website of the RA ombudsman was subjected to an
assault. A quotation from Heidar Aliyev's speech and false data on
the Khojalu events cited from "Nash Vek" newspaper replaced Article
3 of the RA Constitution on the website. There was also the following
statement, "The assault was organized by the Azeri hackers".
The RA Human Rights Protector condemns the attack and qualifies it
an inadmissible crime.
