BANKING SYSTEM PROVIDES SERVICES TO 768539 PEOPLE IN OCTOBER

YEREVAN, January 10. /ARKA/. The number of people who got Armenian
banking system's services has grown 8663 over October 2006 to 768539,
National Statistical Service says.
Of them, 39473 were legal entities and 729066 individuals.
As of October 31, 929503 accounts were registered in Armenian
commercial banks, of which 872019 were individuals' accounts.
Armenian Savings Bank has 3469465 clients.
The rest of the accounts attracted by banks from the republic
population reached AMD 110546 million after growing by 2520mln or 2.3%
over the month and by 22997mln por 26.2% compared with the same month
