The football national team of Armenia is at present in the USA,
together with coach Jan Porterfield. Our team is preparing for the
matches of the qualifying phase of EURO-2008. Yesterday the Armenians
played with the national team of Panama.
The match which took place in "College" stadium near Los Angeles ended
in a draw 1:1. Taking into account the fact that a number of players
are missing from the team, this result can be considered good. It
is noteworthy that Panama is in the 81st place in the FIFA list,
whereas Armenia is in the 123rd.
