YEREVAN, JANUARY 24, NOYAN TAPAN. The Parliamentary Assembly of the
Council of Europe finished yesterday at 23:00 Yerevan time at the
first plenary sitting of this year the discussions on implementation
of the obligations undertaken by Armenia. National Assembly Speaker
Tigran Torosian informed Radio Liberty: "As a result of discussions
held in an unprecedented atmosphere, an unprecedented for Armenia
resolution was adopted: the three changes proposed by the Armenian
