    "THE DAY WILL COME WHEN THE ARMENIAN GENOCIDE WILL BE INTERNATIONALLY
    RECOGNIZED," HEAD OF JEWISH COMMUNITY OF ARMENIA IS SURE

    YEREVAN, JANUARY 29, NOYAN TAPAN. "No Holocaust will be if the whole
    humanity gets lessons from the 1915 Armenian Genocide." Rima
    Varzhapetian, the head of the Jewish community of Armenia stated about
    it at the press conference dedicated to the world day of memory of the
    Holocaust victims, January 27. "We sincerely condole with the Armenian
    people and want that the Armenian Genocide is internationally
    recognized. I am sure that that day will come," the Jewish community
    head mentioned. In his words, the Israeli people and those Jews of the
    whole world who knows the history, can not refuse the Armenian
    Genocide. In R.Varzhapetian's words, though the Jewish community of
    Armenia is not very big, but does serious works in the affair of
    bringing up the younger generation. In his opinion, the younger
    generation must have correct information about genocides. In that case,
    in her words, similar tragic cases will happen with no people any more.
    American Armenian politician, analyst Richard Giragosian expressed an
    opinion that those countries which do not recognize the Holocaust and
    Armenian Genocide, stimulate development of terrorism. According to his
    observation, the Armenian Genocide recognition is necessary not only
    for the present but also for the future of Turkey. And the Armenian
    nation, in R.Giragosian's words, " must get ahead of the genocide
    recognition problem as not only the genocide recognition but also the
    Armenian country's strengthening in the way of democratic and economic
    development is the most important key for the Armenian people's future.
